2020 was our first year of Worldwide English and throughout the year we have been adjusting our methods of teaching, the meeting schedule, length of each semester along with teaching opportunities and student resources.

By the end of 2020 we had an overall idea of what Worldwide English should look like and a stable structure for our classes. We now have a spring semester (March – June), Summer semester (July – late August), fall classes (late September – December), and sometimes with a winter class from (December to January). We have around 10 teachers with volunteer hours in the 400+ hours

Summary of 2020 ——Emily Wang

The happy and busy summer course was over. During the past two months our ten volunteer teachers contributed more than 200 hours to teach 30 students through face-to-face online class.

First, I would like to thank our volunteer teachers. Everyone took out their own summertime to teach the students diligently. The teachers have done a great job!

Along the way, we have seen the growth and progress of our students, and we have also received affirmation and encouragement from many parents. Thank you to the young students who participated in our summer courses. Your persistence has given us motivation. At the same time, thank you parents for your cooperation and encouragement to our teachers. We will continue to provide English training services for everyone in the fall.
