In our reading club, we prepare one reading material for students and set the goals for it together. As homework, students have to complete their assigned reading pages or answer questions about a story. In class we would discuss and have activities along with conversations around said story.

We meet on a weekly basis during the summer semester. Before each semester, teachers prepare the class by defining harder vocabulary terms and making reading guide questions to help students to further understand the materials.

We send out all of this information together along with the assigned readings for students to get the best understanding of the material.

Intruduction

In order to enhance students’ interest in English reading materials, our reading group plans to read the book Kira-kira, and then discuss with you the problems encountered in the reading process and share with you. The teacher will ask questions according to each different chapter, and the students will discuss and answer together to help everyone understand the content of the novel. We will send the PDF version of the book to everyone.
